Refund policy

We accept Returns within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Should you wish to return an item for whatever reason, you need to notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. Send us a WhatsApp message on +971505514137. You should then ship the item back to us at your own expense. Upon receiving the item we will issue your refund or process your exchange.

Kindly note that we will not process a refund or an exchange if the item labels are not intact, if we believe the item was worn, or has any form of dirt or odour. 

Refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 days from receiving the item
